NKC RETURN POLICY

Your knife should arrive exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you get it corrected quickly and fairly. Our return policy exists to protect both you and the integrity of our products.

Our Promise

We inspect every tool before it leaves our hands. If your knife arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. If you simply changed your mind, we offer a limited window for returns as long as the item remains unused and in brand-new condition.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

1.2 Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unsharpened
  • Free of wear, marks, scratches, or modifications
  • Not carried or disassembled
  • In its complete and original packaging (box, accessories, paperwork,
    stickers, microfiber, etc.)

Any knife showing signs of use or alteration cannot be returned.

1.3 Proof of Purchase

A valid order number is required for all returns.

2. How to Start a Return

2.1 Contact Us

Email support@neeveknifeco.com within the 14-day
return window with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason
  • Clear photos of the product as received

This lets us verify condition and eligibility before you ship anything back.

2.2 Return Authorization

If approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Packaging instructions
  • The return address

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or significantly delayed.

2.3 Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Use a trackable and insured shipping method. Lost or damaged return
shipments are not the responsibility of Neeve Knife Co.

3. Refunds

3.1 Inspection

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets all requirements.

3.2 Refund Method

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3.3 Timeline

Please allow 7–14 business days after we receive your return for the inspection and refund process to complete.

3.4 Ineligible Returns

If a returned item does not meet the condition requirements, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.

4. Restocking Fees

A 10–20% restocking fee may apply if:

  • Packaging is damaged
  • Accessory items are missing
  • The item requires cleaning or repackaging

If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified before the refund is processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Used sharpening stones or maintenance supplies
  • Clearance, Blem, or Final Sale items
  • Any knife showing signs of wear, use, sharpening, or disassembly
  • Items submitted after the 14-day return window

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or video showing the issue

We will repair, replace, or otherwise correct the problem based on the situation.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different model or variant, please complete the return process
and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they ship.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
