NKC SHIPPING POLICY

At Neeve Knife Co., we take pride in delivering reliable gear and getting it to you safely, quickly, and legally. This Shipping Policy outlines how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect once you place an order.

1. Shipping
Destinations

We currently ship within:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. Territories where permitted

If your country restricts the import of knives or certain blade types, we cannot override those laws.

2. Processing Times

Most orders ship in 1–3 business days.

During product drops, holiday sales, or high-volume periods, processing times
may extend slightly.

You will receive:

  1. Order confirmation email after purchase
  2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order leaves our
    facility

3. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods will appear at checkout and may include:

  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping
  • Express / Priority shipping

Transit times shown are estimates provided by the carriers.

4. Shipping
Restrictions

We follow all federal, state, and local knife laws.
This means we cannot ship:

  • To regions where specific knife types are prohibited
  • To customers who are not of legal age in their jurisdiction

Additional restrictions:

  • No P.O. Boxes for knife shipments
  • Physical address required
  • Some carriers may require adult signature on delivery for certain orders

Customer responsibility:

You must know your local laws before purchasing. Orders canceled due to legal restrictions will be refunded minus payment processing fees.

5. Age Verification

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement for purchasing knives in your area.

In some cases, we may ask for proof of age or identity before shipping. Failure
to provide it will result in cancellation and refund.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight/dimensions
  • Selected shipping speed

You will see the exact shipping charge during checkout before finalizing your order.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Tracking typically updates within 24 hours after the carrier scans the package.

If tracking stalls or shows unusual behavior, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

9. Lost, Stolen, or
Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the box and product
  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and work with you on a solution
