Most folding knives ship in our signature NKC packaging. Fixed-blade models include a fitted sheath when applicable. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
Clean the blade after use, keep the pivot lightly lubricated, and sharpen using quality stones or a guided system. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the knife. For edge maintenance, we offer sharpening stones and accessories designed to pair well with NKC steels.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Due to international regulations and past issues with seized packages, we do not ship internationally. Some customers choose to use third-party forwarding services at their own discretion.
Unused and uncarried items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on knives that show signs of use, sharpening, wear, or modification.
Normal sharpening does not void the warranty. However, damage caused by improper sharpening methods, power tools, or excessive material removal is not covered.
Minor cosmetic variations and normal wear from use are not covered under warranty. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship that affect function.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper sharpening, disassembly, or modifications made outside of factory specifications.
Warranty requests are typically reviewed within a week after we receive the required information. Response times may vary during peak periods.
